bb9999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

Stay safe while having fun — enjoy responsibly at bb9999 using deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools.

Why We Care About Responsible Gaming

bb9999 believes that online betting and casino gaming should be an entertaining activity — not a source of financial stress or mental hardship. We are committed to giving all our players the opportunity to play in a safe and healthy environment. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your time and money and viewing gaming as a small enjoyable part of life.

Our platform offers a range of protective tools — such as setting deposit limits, the ability to temporarily or permanently close your account, and a time-out option. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our 24/7 live chat support.

Following the responsible gaming principles at bb9999 is mandatory for everyone. We have completely restricted the platform for minors (under 21) and have put strict measures in place for age verification.

21+

bb9999 is for those aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of registration and minors are not permitted to create accounts. Please keep all members of your household informed about this rule.

Important Warning

There is a risk of losing deposited funds. Never play with borrowed money or funds set aside for emergencies. Do not treat gaming as a source of income.

Our Protective Tools

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. This will help prevent you from spending beyond your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it is subject to a cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

You can close your account for a set period or permanently if you choose. While self-exclusion is active, no new deposits or bets will be possible. This is the most effective step for your peace of mind.

Time-Out Feature

Use the time-out option to take a short break from gaming. Breaks ranging from 24 hours to several weeks are available. During this period your account will be inactive and no marketing messages will be sent.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how long you play in one sitting. Once the set time is up, a warning message will automatically appear to encourage you to take a break. Keeping track of your time is an important part of responsible gaming.

Age Verification

bb9999 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can create and manage an account on the platform. We follow a proper verification process to protect minors.

24/7 Support

If you are experiencing any issues with gaming, our Bengali-speaking live chat support team is available around the clock. Do not hesitate to talk to us about any concerns related to betting.

Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the following signs appear in you or someone close to you, it is important to be alert and seek help:

  • Hiding betting habits from family or friends

  • Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when not gaming
  • Spending more time or money than the set budget

Safe Gaming Tips

A few simple responsible gaming habits can keep your experience enjoyable:

  • Set a fixed budget before you play and stick to it
  • Do not play with the aim of recovering lost money
  • See gaming as entertainment, not a way to earn money
  • Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
